Can anybody tell me what are the declaration policy while traveling to Canada.
I heard first time entry they don't tax you for the goods you bring to there Country, but declaration is mandatory. Is it true?

Why aren't they sending passport back after decision made? ? ??
What is taking them too long ...I got decision made on 18th august! 2 days before eid !

Thanks when i get my visa inshallah i will book my tickets and as soon as possible i am leaving for canada and i am going to brantford, Ontario .
regarding the tickets as i have checked so rushes up to the mid Sept and let's see when our visa will come inshallah.....

as i think sending of the passport depends on immigration officers and every immigration officer has his/her way of working thus some of them delying . or there is also one thing which i have heard they CHC collect all the docs which they have intend to sent by courrier together and then when it became about 100-500 document and letter then they ask the courrier company to sent all these docs to related person and countries.

YES ! It is True. Even you can ship your Goods and it will be Tax free for first time....But Inform Canadian Customs at Airport with detail of your shipment.

Is anyone here can tell me if wife case is in process and at the same time she had a newborn baby.Does anyone know how long time case take to to get visa of both wife and newborn baby?

yes at first entry to canada you have give list of good which you want to bring to canada for your use and you can bring that any time there is no time limit for that but you just have to give the list and mantion every single thing at the time of landing and they keep copy of that for you ..and you can ask any one to bring those things for you...
