Did anyone get first response (AOR) from CHC on December 2010 files? I just came back after visiting my family in Pakistan. I had 3 new immigrants in the same flight and all of them had recieved their VISAs after 20 to 24 months processing time, but all of them recieved their first response from CHC in first 3 months.

I just replied to your post in the other thread. They are currently working on October 2010 cases. Nobody from Nov/Dec has heard anything yet. That was about 2 years ago when they were sending IMM Forms and Re-PCC with AOR. Lately they have stopped sending AORs and now send the IMMG Forms and Re-PCC after 10-12 months. Although the maximum timeline has increased to 24 months but most of the wife cases are being wrapped up in 16 months and the husband cases 18-20 months. It could be earlier or later, all depending on your case, your Immigration officer and luck.
