Usually the TRV is issued for 6 months and my sponsorship application was already in its 11th month when I applied. Looking at my case from the visa officers point of view, it was kind of obvious that if the visa was issued, my wife would have stayed in Canada past the 6 month validity in anticipation of the sponsorship application to be processed.disfrust said:"Applicants for non-immigrant visas demonstrate this in a variety of ways, the most common being having strong economic, family, and social ties to their home country. An example of strong ties would be a stable job, a home, significant family ties (spouse, children, grandchildren), and strong social ties."
so i m guessing "not strong family ties" means that they do not expect your wife to return to Pakistan as her spouse(meaning you) are in Canada. Do u agree??
My advise is that if you apply for TRV...try to show that the person applying for the visa has a business/job/or any the commitment to fullfil in the country of origin. Proof of enrolment at a university (education institute) might also help.
