Just now i received a letter from Canadian embassy asking for main paragraph regarding IMM8 schedule a and IMM5406 but underneath there are four options for downloading the forms and they have checked form for supplementary information only.
My question is do i need to send all the form like IMM8, IMM5406 and supplementary information or only supplementary information form downloadable from the link checked by Canadian embassy.

Secondly they have asked for proof of fund but i never anticipated that they will ask that sort of thing and so i have not kept in record of that so what to do?
Thirdly communication proof like greeting cards or phone bills and once agains thanks to com age no record , so what to do

Please read their instructions carefully. They ask you to fill out all forms! For example this is what my wife received:

No Problem, CIC dont concern about the P.O Box, when i submit the application i also wrote the P.O Box for my Abu Dhabi Office, but my lawyer remove it and says CIC DOnt concern about that because they will send you any mail or letter by Courier. so no need to send them the update of your adress.

To my knowledge they don't correspond by courier. They correspond by regular registered mail Pakistan Post. Maybe somebody on this forum can shed perspective. What i'm really confused about is how can the PO Box number just disappear, especially since they scanned the Bar Code for this address. I find it hard to believe that their system is so messed up. Comments from senior folks would be welcome here. I am posting my original post below for a refresher on the context of this discussion.

I applied for my wife at CPC Missassauga in March 2012. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from CPC confirming that my application to sponsor is approved and wife's PR Application transferred to Islamabad.

My wife resides in Abu Dhabi. Her mailing address includes a PO Box number which is essential for her to receive mail. We included the PO Box number when filling mailing address on her forms. However, when I log on to cic.gc.ca to track Client Application Status, it shows "Your current mailing address" WITHOUT the PO Box in the address. Is this normal, or does it appear that the PO Box got missed by CIC? If the latter, then I will contact them to update the mailing address with PO Box details. Otherwise, any mail they send to her will bounce back.

Mine is same letter except that theres no form link of afghan nationals in my letter,all other 4 links r same ans same check mark beside pakistani national form and one on the top beside that paragraph just like urs.. So if they check marked the patagraph as well thats mean we should submit all forms..ya naheeeennnnnn???????
