salaam, i have a small update and was wondering if senior members can give us some info. I received a fone call from CHC today on my cell, they asked general ques like date of birth and whether my wife is living with me or not. I answered to the point. my ques is, if anyone got a short call like this, where do u think our case stands? did the process just start? or is it some where in the final review stages? Again your help would be appreciated

My time line:

April 2011 - File transferred to CHC-Islamabad
March 2012 - AOR & Re-PCC, updated immi forms, Post-Wedding Pics
June 2012 - Re-Medical Request.

u only got re-med and when they clear ur med then they will issue passport request

My wife got her Re-med and PPR together. It all depends on the Visa officer how he wants it done. Some Visa officers ask for RE-med and PPR sent together. Some request to send Re-med and if its clear, then send PPR. So I guess in your case, the Visa officer asked Re-med to be sent out and upon receiving the results send PPR.

My husband got the exact same call in March after we sent them all the supplementary forms, re-med, re-pcc and imm forms. Nothing after that. The officer said he called to check the Saudi cellphone number we provided and asked very general questions like date of birth, place of marriage, birth places etc.
