yes i want to know too if there is any way of knowing that if they have received my file at isb office too or not, they just said its transferred and it still says application received.. and what is this that they are asking for the new forms updated ones, i have already filled in the new forms which were introduced in august when i applied, those barcode ones..
so that is why they arent asking me or what does it mean ?

did u get ur file no email them n get a file no ok tou apko confrim hojae ga k u r file is transfered in isbd ..y u going soooooooo fast jst wait for their request n u also get direct remed +ppr dont worry

yes my husband got the email which stated our file number and uci...
and im going fast as it has been a year im married and im living without my husband..

i understand yar everybody in thiz forum living widout their husband n wife jst pray pray n pray mai bhi bhtbht worry rhti thi just like u but finally ALLAH ka shukar i got sme request n dua kro k jald se jald kam hou see yaha par kitne log hai jinko almost 2 year horha r wo abhi tak wait karhe hai.. soche wo kaise reh rahe hongae

hmm ri8 jinhe kch pta nhi hota wo log bas bataain karna jante hai r sb se zada ghusa us waqt ata hai jab ppl said that kia hoa tm gae nhi abhi tak kab hoga kam huh i dont want to hear thiz type of thingz

You can email them at islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca and be sure to include your name, date of birth and FILE # on top and just request the status of your case. INSHAH ALLAH they will reply to you with some good news. Try it.

i dont know wats going on, my file transfered to isb in aug 2010 i received my file No and request for wedding proofs and contact detail with my hubby i sent them . after that complete silence ab hubby ny caips order kia hy ..he talked to Mp trice withen this time everytime they replied ur file in queue

i m here to inform you people that with the grace of Allah i got my spousal sponsorship visa finally the wait is over

i applied in august 2010
AOR September 2010
re-med mid ov nov 2011
proofs of contact nd police certificates end ov nov 2011
got passport request at the end ov march 2012
got my passport back at the end ov april 2012
all process took approx 19 to 20 months

so everyone stay put nd pray nd dont bother them alot unless it is important nd u want to ask something technical they are definately working for the good if anyone has any questions the they can ask thank you everyone inshallah everyone will get there visas ameen
