I received remed, repcc and schedule A and add fam info updade on 1st aug 2014. Does smo knows whats next? Also I had add doc request on 8th may and it was well received I know because of tracking number... but a bit after that my email box stopped receiving some emails... so I wrote to VO to tell them my new address and that I have received the emal of 8th may 2014 only but if they have sent another email to please resend it. VO replied with the 8th may email saying as per our 8th may email... and they changed the delay to 30 days instead of 45... that was on 15 july I havent reply to it yet... I don't know if I should just ignore it as it might be a misunderstanding since I received remed on 1st august... I am really confused and dont know what to do... Please help and sorry for spelling mistakes as I am typing with one hand and my baby sleeping in the other...

i have been reading this post from awhile but now i wanted to register and write something because i wanna share something with you guys
i have sponsored my wife back in january 18 2012 finally i got an email from london visa office about PHEP 1 whis is ppr 1 i believe on june 13 2014
they said they will contact me within 6 weeks about the second step of my ppr request which is ppr 2 but now its been 8 weeks no correspondance from london visa office is this normal because my ECAS status has been changed to decesion made (ALHAMDULLIAH) on july the 3 2014 but no email from london visa office so i am kinda worried
i emailed them twice but no reply
please if someone with same situation let me know

I guess you are in LVO It would be very soon . Islamabad is taking forever.

I submitted my pp after receiving PPR...after 10 days I received my pp with original docs. At the same time my ecase changed to decision made. Unfortunately there was no pr visa on the pp. I have resubmitted my pp for the visa with explanation.

I have read of a similar situation in the forum but it doesn't say how long after the person got his ppr back or what he did... You should inform LVO by e-mail and write urgent in the subject line... You might want to call them(LVO) as well. You may also ask your MP to call them (LVO). That is what I would do ... these are just suggestions... I hope you get your ppr back soon, with visa on it this time !

Please, can someone help me... I need to send an e-mail to LVO but what I have to say is a bit complicated plus my english is a bit rusty. I paste what I wrote so far and please tell me if it makes sense and if it is clear.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing for 2 reasons. The first reason is that I believe their has been a misunderstanding regarding the reception (at your London visa office) of important requested documents. The second reason is that I ordered GCMS notes and I noticed a few mistakes.
First of all, on the 8th may 2014 you requested some documents by e-mail. I have sent the required documents at your London visa office by UPS mail and obtained confirmation that it has been delivered. On the 29th June 2014, I realised that my e-mail box received only some e-mails. On the same day, I created a new e-mail address and informed you of my new e-mail address and that it might not have received all of your e-mails. On the 15th July 2014, I received a reply from London visa office asking again for the same documents (that were asked on 8th may, and that were delivered at your office by UPS). On the 1st august 2014, I received another e-mail from London visa office asking for some form update, police report and to do a medical exam. I concluded that you must have received all the required documents since you kept processing my application. If some documents are missing I will be happy to send them again. I have attached UPS delivery proof.
Secondly, I ordered the GCMS notes and I noticed 2 mistakes. My husband is not a Palestinian citizen but a Pakistani citizen. Our age difference is 1 year and 3 months and not 2.5 years.

Hi Micmac, glad to see your case is getting close to finish. I am also waiting for backgrounds check to be completed. Its been 5 months that visa officer said she is going to run the background checks on my spouse but no news yet. What do you think about how long they take to finish backgrounds? As you are more experienced person here. Thank you

Salam, at the time of interview July 07/14 we were told 2 weeks to 2 months. Well its 1 month so far and still not completed. My Visa expires Sept 10/14 so I hope we receive it by then

I know before it could take somewhere from 2 months to six months so lets hope and pray its not that long In Sha Allah
