Just found out this morning, after speaking with someone from cic that my husband's file has been transferred to new delhi for further processing at this point, I hope my husband's case gets process faster ! Has anyone got ppr since their file has been sent to India?

did someone from chc isbd called u or new delhi to inform abt the file,

It was the World Health Organization that just had this on news. They said that it was out of control.

I myself had mine long ago but must get booster shot when I travel this shot is good for a few years but you must keep your vaccine's all updated........

Salam, just received a letter from my MP and Chris Alexander. They have anther interview date set up for my husband around July 7,2014. This will be the fourth interview since 2012.
Please pray that they will make it easy for us and may they also request his Pass Port.

It's absolutely astounding and disgusting to be holding a 4th interview for a marriage. Unbelievable.
Has your MP or Minister mentioned why a 4th interview is necessary when they passed the 3 interviews?
I would advise you to order another set of GCMS notes right away.

Make sure you guys ask them for re-medical forms at the time of interview. Also ask them why they have to do 4 interviews.
And ask how long would it take after this. CHC-Islamabad must have hired complete morons who can't work properly.

Unfortunately MP can get only status on file and cannot push file (only exptional cases can be pushed by MP).
So, I consider every MP is useless.

Only you need to be lucky.

Sure this conservative government is insane.

And what are those (only exptional cases can be pushed by MP).

nothing to worry about. there is no required income for spousal sponsorships. you should be fine. but definitely find another job, and keep yourself busy because this process will be very stressful otherwise.

what is the next step once file is received in Mississauga and how long does it take for them to tell us file has been approved and now Quebec selection can be done? Would they be telling us via email, should I keep checking my emails? Or by any other method?

My husband received the letter yesterday by registered mail for another interview for July 7,2014 at 10AM. I made a mistake by saying it was the fourth interview its the third interview.

Still why on earth another interview I have no idea, but the letter states a list of things that have not been on the other letters before. Like it states that if the spouse is with the applicant in Pakistan they are requested to attend the interview. Also any proofs of ongoing relationship like photos, chats, and receipts of purchases of gifts also phone bills.

I have sent my boarding pass for my arrival June 09/14 along with a small letter requesting where they are at this time in the process.

This was before I received and email from my MP stating they have received notice that an interview was in the works.

Last Friday I received word from Minister’s office that******** could be scheduled for an interview around July 7th and that a letter would be sent. Yesterday Minister ‘s office confirmed this and sent me this message:



«Heard back from officials that they will be contacting the client shortly to arrange a new interview. Hopefully this will lead to a final decision on the file.»

I so pray In Sha Allah that this interview will give the Visa Officers a clearer and final picture of our relationship and ask for his Pass Port. They asked him for another Police Clearance Certificate this will be the third and a medical was not asked for as it will expire at the end of July In Sha Allah as on their official website it states that a Visor Officer will accept a medical that has expired 6 months before.

I beg of everyone to please pray for us as we are now entering the 44 month of filing our application In Sha Allah.... Only Allah knows better and I pray Allah answers out prayers in this matter

In Sha Allah this would be the most wonderful RAMADAN in all the years we have been together In Sha Allah and I pray Allah hears our prayers and answers them too In Sha Allah.

May ALLAH answer all our prayers for us all to be with our spouses soon In Sha Allah..
