well according to my understanding, its the safe list (People who are waived from Interview are put in this queue or group). Because initially i was in Interview Queue & after sending proofs of Rukhsati / Walima & Post Wedding proofs the VO was satisfied about the genuineness of our relation. we are feb 2012 applicant, my husband is already in montreal with me he came on a visit visa for 6 month entry, we will do his medical from here but i need to know if he will have to go to pakistan if they request his passport??? and do we need to send police certificate??? for now they only asked his remedical.
madam if you have received re-med through email, then there is a possibility that you will get PPR and RE-MED again through regular post to your canada address or pakistan address in few days, this is what happened with my case, but there are others that they received re-med email and after few days got police certificate request through regular post, because passports cannot be sent over international borders so i think that in order to submit his passport your husband has to come back to pakistan and send his passport via fedex or tcs to CHC-I, keep an eye on your regular mail for the next few days coz normally they email the re-med and send other request through regular post same day, good luck madam!twinkle22 said:hi everyone my husband for remedical req by email today

Not sure about Pakistani passport, atleast for Indian passport -it cannot be mailed. But a relative can carry passport with authorization and mail it to CHS, they will mail back to local address in Pakistani only then a relative can bring it back to Canada.twinkle22 said:hi everyone my husband for remedical req by email today

Salam, I think what you should do is either email CIC Islamabad and ask them about this. If your a Canadian Citizen which I think you are you can call any Visa office in Quebec meaning Montreal and make an appointment to go speak to them about this. Its important to call make an appointment to see if he does have to go back. I would hope not In Sha Allah but call first. I pray Allah makes it easy for you In Sha Allah.
