Hey Isaleem, dont be upset. Its pretty frustrating. order your notes and see what they say. you will find a lot of information there. and you can prepare your package in that way and clear all the suspicions. :)
There have been a few people on the forum who got their interviews waived after sending the package in.
inshAllah it will work out fine.
and please for others, if we cant help her, the least we can do is support her morally. CIC finds every other case suspicious. and if God forbid you end up meeting the VO you will be able to show him/her by your presence and face to face interaction that you guys are genuine :).
I wish you and all the other cases all the very best.

Isaleem is not even here who r you telling not to get mad lol but its true Isleem you should just try your best to show that your relationship is Genuine. Dont foget one thing they know what you tell them about your relatipnship. So you have to be convincing and with loads of proof. INSHALLAH ALLAH will help.

Lol I am joking. I am sure she will. Holiday tomorrow bit better mood. :) I have started praying surah fatah for 3 days now. My husband was told to read that for 40 days. Also praying so and it made me calmer about this whole processing. I hope ALLAH will help all of us Ameen.

Truth and reality most of the times sound discouraging. I can pray for lsaleem and wish that her difficulties and pain go away. At the sametime, I will not lie about what I think.
lsaleem must know herself that her case is a different case than majority of us here. I'm sure she must be strong enough to not get discouraged by someone she doesn't know. It's not my fault if it's something new for me.

lsaleem: I apologize once again if I hurt you. I didn't mean it.

I think all of us need some help and support here. Sorry to say but you sound very discouraging Pricess. Isaleem is already married and trying to get her husband here. You should tell her what she needs to do not scare her off. If you know anything regarding such cases. You should not make any judgments this is very much a personal choice who decides to marry whom. I personally think there is no harm in trying Isaleem. You should go ahead and prepare your package send it asap.
It may or may not help. But you should always show that you are at least putting an effort and very much interested in bringing your husband here. This is what I have been doing. I don't know if it will help but you never know. Good luck!

not really. I go to school and the days m off from school i go to work. only get 2 days off like everyone else.

Since the interview topic has popped up, I just started wondering whether they can ask for an interview if your spouse is your relative since my hubby is my first cousin?

opps my bad.... working hard that is good :)

I know the challenges of my case and that's why I am here seeking guidance. There are tons of example out there being wife older and husband younger. We both are happily married and looking forward to start a prosperous married life.
If someone has same case history like mine and can help me in preparation for the interview, that would be really appreciative.
I know one member from 2009-2010 thread who has similar case history like me. she and her husband both has to go through an interview at the same time. They have to wait for 2.5 years for their interview call.
If someone from this thread has to go through an interview phase, plz let me know and guide me to face this challenge.
Any feedback would be appreciative.

I understand your point. What I am trying to say is that she is already married, things are done. She now needs to move on and bring her husband here. I am sure the only reason she signed up here so she can get some help in regards to expedite her case. I think older or younger don’t matter. What actually matters what is your story. What you write in your initial letter and how convincing you were. Have you been travelling, pictures etc. Just like how this other guy explained. I can’t find his post.

2.5 years wait for an interview. That is crazy. I am told that my husband will be having an interview and it has been 7 months since then. I have provided them loads of prove hoping that they would waive the interview. ALLAH do us all better INSHALLA.
