I have the same issue, havnt been able to access ecase for a few days.
This is a good question, are we not able to access the ecase because they have or are in the process of updating our profiles?
Senior members, have you seen this situation before?

I m also having the same problem and saw some more friends in forum who can't access their ecas...i don't know if they update our profiles...it might b technical problem...

I've tried email, its exactly been 4 months and 1 day since i wrote to them, i haven't heard a reply from them,
i think my case officer is DEAD....

Have u tried case specific enquiry? General enquiry takes forever, also you probably have been sending msgs tht's one reason why they don't respond you.. They respond me within 20 days and i contact them barely through case specific enquiry. Let me knw if u need assistance on that

Actually they rained a lot of PPRs in dec-12(MashAllah) ,so as we know they r not used to do for that very quantum of work .Thats why now they r thinking and brainstorming to devise the strategies to tackle this hectic(so called) situation . just kidding.......!!! :-X ;D
In Sha Allah all dec-12 PPR will get their PPs very sooon.Ameeen.

As her but he didn't recieve it yet !!! But guys don't loose your hopes just be patient and everything

I haven't been able to access it for the past 2 to 3 days either. At the beginning I was hoping that it might be some good news, but now it does seem more like a technical problem. It could be anything from upgrading the system, migration of database, server outage. They can't take this long to update our statuses. Unless CHC has found a way to make modern computers extremely slow and inefficient as well.

like how they say in Urdu these days "soch hai aapki" you can even think what people have done in past if you have some spare time go to the 2010 thread and check the old pages. Rest is up to you May God help you with your protest.

i agree with don2 I have been on this forum long enuf to c many protests come and go but nothing materialized. Having said tht i wish you all Good luck in ur new protest....probably this time's a charm!!
