CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Can anyone plz tell me contact number of IOM islamabad
N whether chc itself suggest for da doctor or one has to choose himself/herself
Also plz tell me whether peshawarites hve authorized physician here or not ..??coz i think he is not on panel list now.....plzz confrm
I want to go for remed.

Hey Mahwigul!

CIC usually sends applicants this green medical form "IMM 1017" which you have to take with your passport to one of the AUTHORIZED physicians. You CANNOT just go your self and get one done. Unfortunately Peshawar does not have a medical centre so your closest bet would be Islamabad. Their contact number is +92-51-111-466-472

Mahwigul...IOM took a copy of my medical request letter when i went for my re-medical. You will need the letter from CHC first.

Did u contact ur MP if u've still not received tht letter. Or if your MP can get a confirmation thru email maybe u can take print-out of email with you for re medical...just a thought
