Khan brother seems like your case and mine is same i have done nikkah only i did file my wife case in Aug 2012 i did mention in the forms i did fillout that rukhsati will be held in january now i am going back home to complete ruksati i need your advice should i send them additional picturs of ruksati or should i wait until they ask please advice thanks

muirdba that is actualy perfect...you should provide them with pics, invitation cards, venue reciepts and other receipts for like hotel or jewellery inshort everything that you can. Do it before they asked for it as that would be great for your case however my case was different. I got a letter from them in August where they asked me if I did ruskati or not and if not when I am planning to have ruksati done. I wrote them very strong letter in responce to that. I told them straight up that wedding is very special occasion in everyone life and therfore they cant force me to perform ruksati I will do it whenever I think I saved up enough money for it and after this they asked me what is a date that I am thinking of doing ruksati I told them Nov and they were ok with that. They called my wife to confirm the date after which they sent us letter in sep in which they asked us to submit pics within 45 days after ruksati which was schedule for Nov 8th.

But I will advise you to submit pics whenever you have them instead of waiting for them to ask also make sure that you submit copy of entry and exit stamp on your passport.

I wanna send them some more proves which would assist me to strengthen my case, inspite of they haven't asked to provide more proves.

if ur file is in islamabad then send it to islamabad...but senior member suggest that dont send any thing untill CIC ask for any thing

What I learned from my experience we should send those kind of proofs as ap because Chc-i. After preliminary assessment put most files in interview Q
Atleas they did with my file. Because I only stay less then week on my shady .

Anyhow 6 month after shady I visit to my wife for three month. Soon after I mailed them all the proofs they tuck my file from interview Q
And interview viewed because now they believe marriage and relationship is real.
So my friend I strongly recommend you send the as ap :

I have a question if you guys can help me . my husband send his passport with re medical but he did not get passport request is that ok
what happens if you send the passport without ppr ?

sis bad idea to send in passport without request, not to scare you but i remember one old member did that n its took a longer time to get visa, sometimes they send the passport back and wen ready the ask for it otherwise they keep it for longer period and decide to give visa or not...

Just email them and attach the documents. I did to earlier this year.
When I ordered my notes the first time around ..it was acknowledged in the notes section.

You should order GCMS. This is the only way to find out what's going on your file.

ur case is new its only been two months. U have to wait till atleast augueat to hear anything , not scaring u but ur file transferred in oct 2012 so u have to wait 8-11 month foe da review to be over den u will get requests.

Your husband should order the GCMS notes as soon as he can. CIC did the samething with us we didn't get any letter since the file had been transferred in June, 2011. Then I ordered GCMS notes in July 2012 (14th month since the file transfered to ISB)and my hubby got the letter from CIC end of August 2012
