Correct, as you know that 80% Cases which were processed in 16 Months has now increased to 24 months. Therefore, 80% of total cases are finalized in 24 months and rest of 20% take even longer time. So, I meant to say that those cases which are processed quicker ultimately falls in 80% of finalized cases (could be 12, 15, 18 or 21 months) , since 24 Months does not mean that 100% cases are finalized during that time.wes786 said:I don't know if you looked at the old CIC website but on there they had a table that went like:

I am basing my theory on that information that was provided last year. And after they changed their timelines to just one standard timeline of that has 80% cases completed.
It's one way and the other . . . . .
