A request letter was sent out to applicant on 12 July 2011 and 45 days were given to comply.

Haven't received any letter yet. Where is my letter. i have emailed them thrice, called them, but no response.

Its good for guys to have connections and nice if they can get involved in these kind of situations. My wife had to go through all these things by herself, she has never done anything like that before, her brother is also in Canada and father has passed away plus she was studying full time in university. I am proud of her whatever she has done to get us this far in the process and soon we won't have to worry about anything else InshAllah.

2 weeks ago my ecas address was disappeard and remained disappeard for 1 whole week than last week on Monday it came back and now today (Tuesday) I check my status and it disappeard again. Does that mean should I hope for something? Calling all the ecas address base case logical GURU'S to explain the theory.

yes, I tried to follow it up with our Post Office. I talked with the Post Master, and also our route mail-man, to ascertain
if they had indeed delivered such a letter, but they told me that they could not possibly track it without having the `R/L' number and if possible date of posting.

I have had no luck tracking it down and these immigration people are not replying back too
