I think they have not updated their system yet as I have tried every thing even tried different browser but same result. I will try tomorrow.

- You don't need to email them for the File number as you have it already. Yes it starts from 'F'
- You must be doing something wrong when you check your status:

When you log in with File number make sure you are entering information for the person being sponsored. Check your keyboard keys as well if they are all working.

- BFD is the date when your File is scheduled to be brought forward and opened by the Immigration officer for review after a request is sent to you such as Re-med or PCC request.

Noausheen I suggest you don't get that mad! I don't think it will help your case! If they want they might even slow it even more by finding little errors and minding them. Appeal process takes 2 years! Just be patient you are getting closer to the finish line soon inshaAllah!

i am a Canadian citizen. Who works seven days a week to make minimum wage and alot of over time just to keep myself and bills going. I pay my taxes each year and also make time for community work. But all get in return is time delays. i have been married for 2 years now. my husband who is in Pakistan.The time frame that we were looking at was 16 months for the full process than it became 23 months and now it's 24 months and every few months it changes to longer ...it has been 19 months since my application is in process and i know a lot of people who have been waiting for two+ years just to be with their families....I find a Pakistani Canadian we are being discriminated against but Mr. Harper not all finger alike for an honest person 24 months away from their family is hard......Please look into this and bring a change

It could be one of the reasons but still people who have appied 1.5 yr ago or earlier deserve to get their processes finished by now specially the ones who received remedical requests already. Its just business and another way to make money out of people I tell you.

Hey looks like ur hubby & me got same visa officer who has woke up from hibernation after ages as Eid holidays r on hands na
Don't worry here are so many who had to fill & submit these forms again unexpectedly.
Good move @ email to Harper but frankly speaking so many of us tried it altogether but it turned out to be useless no action was taken whatsoever. You would get an Update on ur file from Harper's office and few words of Sympathies.

Look at this Distressed wife's time line she also had to submit rePCC & these forms couple of months b4 PPR so
hope for the best & All the best

i am so pissed right now my husband received a letter from CHC asking for a imm8 schedule 1........i think people working for CHC are idiots they did his pcc back in may and his remedial in june.....who ever is working on my file is an idiot and that is what i wrote in my email to them today lol.............. :'(

I don't think any of october AORs have received anything yet. Some september's have seen some activities though. They are starting to get the initial reviews done and getting request to provide updated PCC and IMM forms.

This sucks bro, I was really hoping you guys were going to get the remedical+PPR in the coming weeks and I still hope that this is a mistake and they send you remedical+PPR by EID InshAllah.

Yes quite a few people actually, but my wife received after 3 months of rePCC.

wes bahi does it matter if BFD is later and they send medical before that

I had to fill out imm forms twice after the initial submission and one of it was after remedical.also I would add it won't help to be rude to CHC infact I've heard they can actually put ur file down in the que if u bother them too much!
