They don't accept Voluntary medical, infact the doctor won't do your re-medical without the remedical request letter. You can definitely minimize your time with PCC & supporting documents but you will have to wait for Supp forms, Re-medical request and PPR (these you can't send voluntarily)

Oh ok, I thought that could be sent in like PCC can. SO if i manage to keep my pcc updated, keep sending supporting docs to avoid waiting for them to request and then the waiting for them to receive n all the next thing they wud ask for would be medical and IMM form? How come not many ppl have Interviews on thr timelines? r they rare now?

Thanks for the +1, my first plus rating ;D

I won't advise you on sending the re-medical, as they send a letter specifically for it. Also remedical is not something that can be attached to your file directly. For that they have to contact New Delhi. Hence send all supporting proofs, RePCC after 7-8 months but wait for Remed call from embassy

No probs on the +1!! :D Alrighty! will surely send in the docs and repcc as soon as i get my file number

They started questioning telelphone nikkahs & only nikkah cases in 2009 as now they look for proof of relationship and not just marriage. They gave those cases a hard time, some took 2 years or more to complete and some who didn't respond properly to their objection letters were put in an interview queue. So after that people actually started doing full rukhsatis and provided lots of pix, recent contact proof etc so they can see the ongoing relationship. Nowadays most cases provide alot of proof of relationship, this is why there are not too many interviews. They usually ask for an interview if they have doubts about the authenticity of the marriage & relationship so this is why you don't see too many interviews as people now provide with them enough proof to convince the Immigration officer.

My spouse missed two mails sent by Islamabad to karachi, which costs us 2 months delay. We came to know about the missed mails in response to the inquiries.
Imagine, the reliability of mail delivery in Pakistan. You better ask them to send all correspondance on emails if you have a reliable internet system in the village.

U might have missed the mail because what is going on in karachi but this is village my wife says mail come in the village but internet in the village very possible but my wife doesnt have pc i can provide them my e-mail adresse

From what I have read on here, it takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for them to enter them in the system, after the medical reaches New Dehli.

Medicals don't go to Islamabad from New Delhi. Medical Head Quarters are in new delhi and thats where the results get entered in their internal database. Islamabad can access those results electronically whenever they want. Yes its takes about 4-6 weeks to reach new delhi from the hospitals.

I thought you hadn't done the medicals to begin with and didn't send it with your initial application??? I was referering to that post and said to do your initial medicals, rePCC and IMM forms all at the same time at about 8 Months in. That should save you quite a bit of time...

You both can send the supporting documents at any time as long as you include a cover letter mentioning the full details of both ie Full Name, DOBs, Address, PH# and most importantly the IMMIGRATION FILE #
