SALLAM TO ALL;
can some one tell me, how long is valid police clearance certificate for Pakistan. I made my wife PCC one in April 21, 2011 and i sent it on june 8 but my application is stuck with Canada post strike in Mississauga for the last 11 days.

Do you think by the time they review my file enshAllah somehow by this week or next hopefully. Do you think they will accept my wife Police Clarence Certificate?

Thanks to everyone.

PC certificate valid for six months so you can count the expiry date of PCC. they will accept it becoz as you mentioned PCC issued in April 2011 so it will be expired in Oct 2011.

I am new here and have a quick question, if anyone can help
my time line is as follows:
Jan 2010 - applied (for wife, married in April 2009)
Mar 2010 - processing started
Dec 2010 - request for Re-PCC, some IMM forms and proof for continuity of relationship
April 2011 - request for some more IMM forms
April 2011 - Remed request
Waiting for PPR since May 10 when submitted Re med
My Re PCC will expire on July 6, 2011. Should I submit another PCC or wait for response from embassy
Do u ppl think they would ask for PCC at this stage?

First of all, Welcome to the board :)

Your case timeline is very close to Wes786. It seems like both of you are in the same batch. Both have the Remedicals done and waiting for PPR.

I would suggest that you wait for their request. Its hard to say if they would ask for a PCC as they are very unpredictable. Although I think that you should be getting the PPR soon InshAllah.

Your timeline is very very close to my wife's. I don't think they would ask again for the PCC so I would just wait for their request just incase they decide to ask but voluntarily I wouldn't worry about it.
