So yesterday I emailed CHC-ISB reminding them it was my second anniversary and 21 months since processing started and what the hell are they doing. So today I check my email and have this response:

Dear Client,

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. We still await response to our request letter of 15 Mar 2011. Medical examination result has been received.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Please note that we will be unable to reply to messages which do not include either the name AND date of birth of the primary applicant or the file number under which your application is being processed.

....ok so this letter dated March 15th 2011 was for updated imm forms and re-pcc. We sent those things on April 7th so it has been a month and a half and NASIR signed for this docs. Do you think they are just stuck in the mail room still or should we start panicking now? ???

no need to panic sister... they r just taking time ur file is in the queue n not opened yet since u sended the documents.. so dont panic.. u know them veery well. they take long for no reasoon.. so just wait n see wats going on

and finally i got my visa today after such a long wait. thanks to Allah almighty and thanks for the support and assistance that u ppl provide during the whole process but i will never forgive CHC-Islmabad for spoiling my 2 years of married life. Allah ap sab ko bhi yeh khushi naseeb karay Ameen

yeah don't worry it takes them a while to sort out the mail. It took them month and a half for my documents to attach to the file aswell. :S

Ok Jazakallah khair I will now resume my waiting and pray that it is short-lived and we get PPR soon lol. And I pray for you both and everyone else that may our waiting time come to an end and may we all get PPR. I think CHC should do a mass PPR and send everyone PPR whose file is in Islamabad- great way to clear the backlog and then when new people will apply timeline should only be 2 months
