yep i m not saying that all of them r gone on the wrong address but i m just saying that they r still issuing AOR still.. there r alot of people on this forum who have received AOR lately.. so i dunno wats going on with that

if u have the file number its fine then.. i know some one on this forum who lost their AOR but they had their file # n client # so it was all good..
r u talking about october 2009 or october 2010..
i got my husband AOR in dec 2009
u can read the previous pages there r alot of people who got it i dun rememeber the name

YAH I JUST KNOW ABOUT OCT 2010,,, IS THIS HAPPENED IN 2009 ALSO I DNT KNOW ABOUT THT ,,,YAH THTS GOOD THT I HAVE RECEIVED THE FILE NUMBER.

Well - someone here claimed they transferred his/her file to india and got the visa in couple of month. So i guess it is possible.

There is no way to just transfer your file to Delhi. You can only apply through another office if you have lived in another country for more than a year. Thats the only way to apply through Delhi if you have lived in India and are currently there for more than a year. Atleast thats what I know, correct me someone if I am wrong...
