Basically, the permanent Canadian staff doesnt want to be in Pakistan for long time due to security threat posed to them. So the permanent staff keep on changing. They need the local staff to understand the contents of our applications with which Canadians may not be very fimiliar to.

In Canada Federal Govt always hires people on Term basis to begin with and then continue to extend their contracts of employment if they do well and one day make them permanent, over here no one will commit anything wrong during term employment just because they may have to leave at the end of the term because RCMP will be knocking their doors if they commit any crime in federal public office. It is so stupid of them to hire term staff in Canadian High commission overseas ........... just because this is their employment policy ......... even this year they had a term position offered at CHC-ISB for immigration department.......... looks like they have not learnt their lesson yet.

No yaar I dont mind at all. But may be some peoples on the forum do mind as they come here for knowledge and assistance. Once a while joke is ok but not not more than limit.
Dont forget on the other forum there are many Sardar g so you never know your joke may become to their attention. Its not nice thing. Couples week back same misunderstanding happened between "Became-a-loner" and an indian girl. bari mushkil se phr mein ne & looner bhai ne manya oss ko aur dosti ki.

I know what you are talking about but it was a mistake on the girls part and she apologized after. But I agree with you, take it easy on Sardar jee's. Some of them are very very innocent.

Why dont the Govt simply shutdown the operation there and move the permananet staff to other location and let them process from there. That way will have a safe work environment and they can focus more on case processing, meanwhile we will get rid of local RATS also. I bet process will be much simple and will be completed in less time vs what we have now. Rights now Govt is just waisting Tax payer's money by having resources in ISB.

I would say its a bit too early to order CAIPS. It's been 8 months since your AOR right ? I would suggest, wait a month or so and if you don't hear anything from them, then go for it.

I can imagine what you are going through bro. Just make sure you explain everything to them and take your proofs of CAIPS and you backup copies of ur documents you submitted.
