I dont think sister this is too long. If you are sending fax than you can cut the upper portion where it shows CHC-I info.
But If sending it by letter than you can use the same.
It was just a sample to give you an idea, however; you can write it in your own ways.

WELL U R RIGHT ITS A FAX IT DOESNT MATTER HOW LONG IT IS.

Inshallah and looking at your timeline, it looks like a rare lucky case of husband processed in pretty much one year, I am sure you did all functions, did you also provided voluntary proof of ongoing relationship and visited your husband after wedding?

Yes, I provided every evidence I could voluntarily. The best thing is that when you send them voluntarily they have your file updated and handy , but if you dont they it will be kept aside. The more contact the better result! I did contact very often.

No prob!

I got engaged and we were engaged for almost one year. I went to get married and stayed for 2 months with him. During our engagement we hadnt met. When i came back after marriage then I applied for his application in 4 days. I visited him in November again and stayed for 20 days. Came back and sent all the evidences in January and in March they sent me PPR. But I pushed them all the time!

Ofcourse I provided every evidence of contact during our engagement. I was contacting them every month and my husband faxed them as well. I was getting response.
