CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Hey guys one question i send lots of prove and our Nikah naam through TCS last year on September and as i checked online it was received by some one name "shahmoon" after that i also emaild to islamabad that if they recieve our docuemnts they write down that your file is currently in process that is it so how do i know that did they get my documents or not ? can some body answer please

don't worry it happened to me as well. 2 years ago when i was in pakistan my passport expired so i sended my passport for renewal to CHC by TCS and they sended me the same text that your letter was dispatched by Shamoom... so its all cool don't worry.. its probably the guy who receives the letter and sends them to the right department...

I can see why you are worried about it since there were a couple of cases where they didn't attach the supporting documents that were sent out as per their request. There is no sure way to know 100% if they put it to the right file. But you might wanna give them a call and try to speak to a representative and tell them that you just want to confirm that they received your documents.

but it was last year they never answer the phone or can i call them from here or my hubby should call them from pakistan??

oh ok thank you so much ,but you know from so many people in this forum they wrote that their documents has been received by that shahmoon ,but they were not in their file and immigration asked them again and again

really? i dunno but its normal i have sended documents alot of times to CHC for different reasons n this same guy receieved it ... i dunno kuch bhi ho sakta hai BHAIII...

its ok don't worry as long as u have the basic information like file number client number

nahi kohi masla to nahi hoga liken you shouldnt have lost it since there is written that when ever you send any documents to chc you should attach a copy of that AOR or dosra kissi ke hatt pay lagay to they can make a problem in to ur case ,but dont worry try to seach arround for it inshallah kuch nahi hoga ,but still be always careful of these things so much

will they not consider any proofs that I'll send them now? because it was written in the AOR that I have to attach the copy of it with any proofs that I send in future to them. Though I sent them a lot many proofs in the last 6 months without AOR but with my name, dob and file number in printed form. Consider karengay ya nahi ?? :-[ :-\

so it might be ok then dont worry jab heen ka dil chaye tu kal be sarra kaam finish karty hain yeh log sarry soye hai aur kuch nahi Allah ham sub ko help karay .
