I kindda believe in the 15 - 24 months timeline for Male applicants. My case is the most straight forward there can be. Its my first marriage.. I am a Canadian Citizen. I have a daughter from the same wedlock who is also a Canadian Citizen. My husband has no mililary, political background. He has lived in the same city, same house, same area all his life. I have been waiting for my husband's immigration for the last 18 months. We have already done remedical and re submission of police certificate..Still nothing!!! I have inquired from many places. For husbands its taking much longer then Wives. So all the wives out there.. be patient!!! Its gonna take time. I am not trying to scare anyone!!! but If there is any husband who has recieved his Visa please let me know. Any application filed after June 2009

sorry mr. raja let me correct you nobody is mad, it makes other people frustated they way immigration works....No one has clue how they review the files in a systematic way where it is based on sequency of file rec'd or random. I am very happy for one 2 ka 4 because atleast his file is being reviewed and one less case to worry about THANK YOU

Case Maturity period is minimum 1.5 years

Reason is that your health condition

your character police records etc.

they got 2 time at lease

if you did genuine marriage then no problem

here problem with one to ka 4 is that he is not prove that he did.

thats why they are continuously doing communication with him if he provide his whole papers completely

then they would proceed his next step.

those people who are waiting 4 ppr or re medical pcc etc , its mean their initial steps are done when thier case will mature aromatically system proceed next step InshAllah

Raja Saahib Sir, I did provide every thing and my application was complete also at first point. Plus I sent additional supporting documents in Sep last month.

I think the concern is comming into their mind is that why I didnt spent anytime with my wife.

These are just the types of status updates you will see on E-Cas these are not the immigration steps. Its taking on average 12 - 16 months for the whole process for female cases and 15 to 24 for male cases. Applicants from 2009 are still waiting so be paitient

There you go my point is proven for the people didn't believe me...

this forum is helpful and scary too seriously. here is some detail of my case

case login in in pakistan april 02, 2010 and letter send to me for extra inforamtion.
i send them urdu nikkah nama, pictures, phone summary of both spouse and sponser via ocs courier service on april 15,2010. still no reply nothing.

im confused and scared coz there r 3 steps in immigration. they already took 8 months for process step, how much they take for other . but hope for the best.

Its strange CIC never update there website in October. They usually do it July and January. I think there will be a change in CIC ISB policy if it is so
