To tell you the truth i'm not sure but sometimes background checks take longer than others so after it is done i'm sure that your file will be close to coming to an end inshallah.

There is no set amount of time for some people it only takes a few weeks and other people it takes months it really depends on your particular case and how much checks they feel they need to do.

Average time CSIS takes to process security clearance is around 6to 24 months but there is no definite time frame for the completion of security and background clearance.
