Salam all, just a quick note to you all to let you know my MP is getting ready to do a Battle with CIC Islamabad on the way the do things there. They are frustrated to no end the length of time it takes to process application and want to know if its Canadian Visa Officers or Pakistani I mean no offence in this as t was their words. Who are working on files or what and why the delay to even open them as my MP said this is taking valuable time away from Married Couples. They said you pay a large fee not for them to pile the applications in a corner and to not be going over in the beginning. Like with us it took 3 years to find out the marriage was not properly registered by that lawyer. They are so angry that I felt like well about time someone sees the light In Sha Allah.

I pray we will hear good news soon In Sha Allah as Allah knows our hearts were pure in the marriage from then until now and its others making a fool of us...... Please I beg of you all to keep us in all your prayers as we do for all of you May Allah bless us all with a faster process In Sha Allah

My husband got his passport back with visa today , I am so happy that this long process has finally been completed .Thanks to ALmighty Allah , and everyone who has been praying for us . Thanks to all forum members for your continued support and may Allah give all of you good news as well.

If my wife is flying out of afghanistan to canada. afghanistan to dubai and dubai to United States and United States to canada does she need to get USA visa or no. What about through europe does she need a visa. please anyone let me know.

US says we are a country not a transit station .......... Simply they don't allow unless ur Canadian citizen .... or u have a valid US visa ..... but Europe allows transit any country unless u wanna exit the airport ... if u wanna exit airport u need visa staying in airport no visa required .....

By th grace of Almighty Allah My wife gave birth to a baby girl last week.
Now I would like to apply for my daughter's proof of citizenship Certificate.
I have been a Canadian Citizen since 2008 and I have applied for my spouse Permanent Residence Visa and she did not get her PR Visa yet.
I would like to know
Should I apply for my daughter's Proof of Citizenship Certificate in Canada or in Islamabad?
If I apply in Canada how long does to take and what documents should I send them?
If I apply in Islamabad how long does it take and what documents should I send them?

Please help me guys and I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Get all the Pakistani documents made, such as birth cert, pak passport, etc, registration with nadra, etc.
Secondly, referencing file number of spouse, notify CHC-Islamabad about the child birth as well. Since father is Canadian, so child is also Canadian, but would need facilitation and/or Canadian passport to come to Canada.

I'm not fully sure, but it is advisable to apply for certificate as well as Cdn passport for baby, whenever possible to get photo of baby specific to passport canada rules.
But yeah notify CHC ASAP...
