got call from embassy that we didnt receive you addtional doc & PCC april 2011
case refused july 2011
appeal filed oct 2011
ADR won mar 2012
case transfer CPP-O
ottawa received application 25th april 2012
start processing in 15th june 2012
medical done 10th sep 2012
PP request 20th may 2013
PP send 20th may 2013
PP back wid visa 8th june 2013
total time 3 years & 8 months

OMG That is absolutely brutal. May you be rewarded for all the trouble you have gone through.

3 years of holding ur case and they decided to reject your case. how stupid and not fair.

Why did you not even have the chance for an interview. I know none of us like or care for them but, you were not even given a chance to speak about your relationship and over 3 years you waited this is really unfair.

This is so sad I pray that Allah gives you better news In Sha Allah.

I know a lot of people want what they cannot have, but brother you both could live together anywhere in this world together besides Canada...In Sha Allah. This is so heart breaking. I really do wish you the best In Sha Allah

I got my mp to send an email to CHC to see wats happening since they have ma husbands pp for 1.5 months
the reply was

"The case is in process, its in the reviewing stage, some administrative work is being process and visa is ready. Your Patience is need."
the mp lady said that they are being strict of saying be PATIENT and that administrative work is being worked on and waiting is all we can do....
everything is done jus the admin. work is taking a bit time.

But its Allah swts plan to see in sha allah wen my husband gets his pp with visa
May Allah swt In sha allah give visa to my husband(in sha allah ameen) and everyone here to be reunited with their spouses soon in sha allah ameen.

Visa Application Centre (VAC)

Three NEW VACs will be opening in Pakistan in June 2013. The first will open in Islamabad on June 11, followed by one in Karachi on June 12 and one in Lahore on June 13.

As of June 13th, all temporary resident applications (visitor visa, study or work permit) or permanent resident travel document applications should be submitted either online or through the VAC.

Three new VACs will be opening in Pakistan. The VACs will be operated by VFS Global and located at:

June 11: 14-B, Sadiq Plaza, G-9 Markaz Islamabad
June 12: 43/1/D, Razi Road, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S, Karachi
June 13: 20/20 A, Ex American Centre Building, Opp Ganga Ram Hospital, Queens Road, Lahore
