If u look into past TCS numbers, it could be observed that someday TCS guys enter full details of consignee and consignor but no always .
So it depends upon the mood and work load of TCS guys who feed data in their system.

This makes sense, I remember while sending my passport by TCS to CHC that TCS guy was so lazy to put my names as shipper, he just put sfjsjf as shipper for that tracking number.

Thankfully we have recieved passport request from CHC-ISL at Pakistan address. However my wife is in Canada with me on visitor visa which is extended till next year. We are not sure if we can send the passport from here or should she travel herself to Pakistan on short notice. Please folks advice who ever has any exprience or knowledge about it.

Dear immediately send your wife back and submit your wife passport and get the permanganate visa.
you can see on the passport clearly stated that sending the passport via courier is illegal.

You need NOC from ministry of interior to send pakistani passport out of Pakistan,So it would be wise not to send her passport but rather send her to Pakistan as (Canada22339) has mentioned.

Ofcourse apki wife ko Pak aana hoga, 1st tou ye k sending PP not allowed out of country, 2nd if by any means as impulsive said you manage to send it here and your wife's visa issued and recived by anyone else, phir bhi apki wife ko canada mai re-entry karni hogi to obtain PR....! either, as we all do by air from Pak to Canada, or by road/air from US to Canada. For 2nd option, you would be applying for visa for US for your wife (long game till PR). You check and consider all above aspects and also advices from other members, hope it helps. PP send klye CHC has given u 15 days, sincere advice is that manage to send your wife Pak and go thru the normal process of immigration, attain PR and always be together again.

I don't know much about rules and regulation but I guess there should be away that u get the visa from Canada itself.......
