This is what the MP got back form islamabad when he asked them for the tracking number of the decision made letter theyDear Client:

In reply to your mail (see below) please be informed that as communicated yesterday, in light of new information received from applicant's representative on 08 December 2012, this application has been reopened and is currently in queue for review by a senior immigration officer.
Regards,
Immigration Section had sent us in Nov along with the copy of that letter.

So assume this is a good news for me as seems like our file had been rejected earlier and now since they found out about the second child so they have reopened.....but the concern is how long would it be staying in the queue for review now

Hey Zarmeen ... this is really wonderful news IA all goes well very soon!

From what i am understanding they initially refused you case even when you had 1 child together?? This to me sounds ridiculous how the embassy would think your case wasn't genuine.
