To all members who will inshallah receive ppr soon:

Attach a cover letter and itinerary for when you plan to travel. It helped me and my husband receive our passport back sooner, just before the date on the booking we sent them. It can't hurt to try.

God forbid, but it could mean a negative. Decision made before PPR is a bad sign. But inshallah, I pray for you that you get your ppr.

alhumdulilah........mera interview ho gaya ha.........meri sister ko remidicle mil gaya he......mera interview bi thik tha but i did not get anything...VO asked me just simple question...she said i will send u final decisions...wuts mean? but today i just check ECAS in process se decisions made ho gaya.....is ka kya matlab ha....im very upse ...its very quick...i did not receive anything.....no remidicle...no ppr.....

You may like to order CAIPS/GCMS as soon as possible to prepare your appeal (God Forbids) since CAIPS notes are taking months to be issued and appeal process generally has a timeline on it, also just to be on a safe side try to find a good immigration lawyer for any further pursuit, if you wish to give us the reason for interview and the questions asked during interview, it will help us understand better, upto you though. May Allah resolve your problems and help you get visa soon

Caips/GCMS doesn't help in this case, he will receive a refusal letter explaining why they considered that marriage is not genuine or marriage of convenience on that base he can apply for an appeal all the information on how to file an appeal will be written on that letter

CAIPS will have the history of process which lead them to this conclusion instead of a standard statement and reference to Immigration Act on letter, where the letter wont carry exact details and factors which helped them conclude. I hope he wont be refused inshallah but this is the fear for now, anyways I could be wrong as well

Decision Made comes after Re-Medical & PPR is issued. It looks quite negative ... What did she ask you? You need to elaborate so that we can determine what decision was taken. You need to be prepared, ask your wife to look for a good Immigration Lawyer who can appeal your case.
My brothers wife was told the same thing, that she will get a decision by mail. And the letter she got after her interview was a refusal letter.
The letter said that the VO was not satisfied of the marriage and considered the marriage not genuine. Did your wife visit you since your marriage??
If she did not visit you or your rukhsati is not done then your heading into problems. Please PM me what happen so we can help you soon.
