i got my ppr one hour ago soooo happy cant tell in words ....

its unbelievable.......

i need some help from those who already send their pasports
they need 2 pics.
which size pics i can send them pasport size or standard size?????
should i send prepaid envelop too for return of my dicuments????

they didn't mention that what would be the size of pictures because as i know this picture will be on your pr card

2nd,,,, i don't think so you have to send them any envelop for that cuz they will tcs your PP back to you

Medicals are valid until April 9, 2013

i didn't send any document in oct i was sanded my medical and police certificate and updated forms in March........


can any body tell me how much time required for the background check ??

Background checks does not always mean Security Background check, it may also mean that they are checking the info you provided on your application such as proof of marriage or relationship and all that, security background checks can take from three months to one year in general, depending on the level of BG check they have requested, what does your CAIPS note say, anything under relationship status or security check, completed or initiated

I have heard,in order to implement new immigration law....old cases are going to b closed till end of december 2012...mean all 2010 n 2011(earlier cases) .....
Anyone having any idea..??? Or have heard da same.

I think this is true because all the 2010 cases are receiving PPR and remedicals .. I just really hope every 2010/2011 case gets done by december 2012 because they have been waiting for soo long. May Allah help them all, AMEEN.

i didnot order caips notes. i am thinking that they just open my file in oct as they mention they received my additional documents in oct these updated documents was sanded in march.They updated my file in oct and starting background checks now people are getting pprs and me dieing....

:'( if it takes three month to 1 year i am dieing now.....

i do not think that it can true.. canadian immigration policy is delay pakistan visa.
that discourage of cases not apply for visa.
i do no think they will speed up,there having a rule which not allow to speed up. may be s me some straight forward cases they will process in this year. but mosly of 70 percent will process as they want.
do not think they will speed up, they just having their own badmashi,
look at interview cases. taking one year for wait of interview is this fair....
i am also in interview queue. wait for what , we interview cases wait for what and why wait. even they want to process in one month , they can take interview but policy is take delay cases that discourage people not to apply for visa.
just people are saying they will close in this year making ownself happy. but true there is not true.

Generally they issue remedical when the relationship status is okay with them and they need to issue visa within a year time, hopefully in the next review they will issue PPR, order CAIPS anyways to see next BF date on it, was it a complete marriage?

you dont have to prepay anything, just pay the amount when you send your passport along with documents to CHC-I through TCS. You pay the courier when he brings you the passport (inshallah with visa stamped) to you.

Appendix C has the instruction of the type of picture they need. It is "IMMIGRATION" pictures different from passport pictures.

As i recall, you'd need to submit 5 passport size pictures along with 2 immigrations pictures. you have to sign on one of the 2 immigration pictures.

Just an update on our file (CanPak & Sweetgrl896)

Our Conservative MP's office pulled through for once. New lady in her office has been working around the clock for us, much more effecient than the previous lady working our file.

Through our MP a request was made to New Delhi at the end of October to locate medical, coincidently I received CAIPS today which outlined the MP's inquiries. Also her medical validity date on the CAIPS now displays August 2013 and the BFD for WVR is November 6, 2012, where previously the medical validity date as expired.

InshAllah she will receive PPR soon and Interview cancelation confirmed.
