its unbelievable.......

i need some help from those who already send their pasports
they need 2 pics.
which size pics i can send them pasport size or standard size?????
should i send prepaid envelop too for return of my dicuments????

Wana ask as well as share one thing
I have heard,in order to implement new immigration law....old cases are going to b closed till end of december 2012...mean all 2010 n 2011(earlier cases) .....
Anyone having any idea..??? Or have heard da same.

Old cases means dat of 2010 n 2011..(till may/june)...as cases filed later are already goin to finish
in sha Allah ur huby will b wid u soon.

must ensure that you have prepaid the courier for the return of your documents...


what does it means?? i dont know the wait of documents how i can prepaid without an estimate???
and plx tell me about pic size in letter chc mention see appendix c

As much I would love to think that this assumption is true, I feel it less plausible, as a matter of fact the new rules can slow down the process because all the staff would now need training on new rules, which means there will be less time working on current files. As far as making inputs into the system is concerned, I dont think that they will have to terminate the old system and have to complete old files to issue a Temporary PR versuss a Permanant PR, its just the type of visa not the change in system, having said that, I still wish that the news is true.

I meant that they are supposed to close alll files especially old cases till DECEMBER 2012....
meaning BY DA RND OF THIS year...in Sha Allah all cases will b over esprcially old cases like of 2010..n 2011....

Inshallah, but how are they going to do that, hire more officers, give double over time, push RCMP to finish all the security checks (RCMP is already clogged with work), backlog is from years I am not sure how they can finish it in a month a week time although I would love to see that happen

Hey sis can u tell me how many pages doe the PPR have becoz my husband got sumthng in the courier from embasy and its 3 pages he cudnt pik it up hes in lahore for medical cud u pls tell me how many pages is the PPR?

going for the interview next month so lets see,
after the interview they do no delay in stamping the visa all the time normally it takes is because getting medical result updated in the system.
ask your husband to courier his passport soon after he is done with the medical and put a copy of medical receipt in envelop.

Inshallah everything will go good my husband was aying they dont ask much just simple questions well he got a courier from embassy but he cudnt pik it up becoz hes in lahore going to get his medical done but his dad picked it up and he was saying tht its 3 pages he cudnt read it just wondering now wht it is if its PPR or sumthing else :-X

you dont have to prepay anything, just pay the amount when you send your passport along with documents to CHC-I through TCS. You pay the courier when he brings you the passport (inshallah with visa stamped) to you.

Appendix C has the instruction of the type of picture they need. It is "IMMIGRATION" pictures different from passport pictures.

As i recall, you'd need to submit 5 passport size pictures along with 2 immigrations pictures. you have to sign on one of the 2 immigration pictures.
