Is anyone here can tell me if wife case is in process and at the same time she had a newborn baby.Does anyone know how long time case take to to get visa of both wife and newborn baby?

Seems like they changed the forms a little. I was thinking of applying if nothing happens by Tuesday / News from others in similar timeline.

almost 1 month since that email but no news from them yet.

Well we still have had no contact from them about anything......Its fustrating to say the least.
Received the GCMS notes and was devasted to read them.
At the end they believed our relationship is not GENUINE.
I have in all made 5 trips over here so thats 10 trips + the wedding trip. We are fortunate to have been able to spend this time together cause if you can imagine I had a work accident. I got hurt Dec/09 and found out in April 2012 that I can no longer do my job of 27years. I was a certified Upholster.
Allah has other things planned for me.

So after reading their report they concluded our relationship was not genunine. I want to laugh in their faces when they say the cultures and backgrounds do not appear compatible. Canada is filled with all different cultures and backgrounds.

This was written before the interview so I'm curious to know what their thoughts are now.

I really don't care what they say!!!! If I have to I will give up my Canadian Citizeneship.
Canada never treated us North American Indians fairly ever. The land still belongs to North American Indians. Mind you in some parts of Canada the Government has paid the natives for the land. Its interesting you should know all this when you are there or here.
Forgive me for writing so much..........
But no government is going to tell me my marriage is not genuine and I don't care who they are!!

i dont know why r they doing this with u ..they r really stupied ..what kind of things they need for a genuine relationship ..when u both dont have any
problem with culture n background differences
i know a brother he got refusal letter after interview :'( :'(

its not about PHD its about knowledge and interest, being a muslim we should know at least major things about Islam, and you better get least knowledge about islam. That is the reason muslims are ignorant in these days buss insay Bollywood Hollywood actors and actresses kay ban phoch lo woh sab pata hotay hain and unki biography bhee.
