My husband did his re.medical in May 2012 and since than we have not heard from the embassy??? Anybody else in the same situation?? BTW, he was requested to submit IMM forms and re.PCC in March 2012 which he did.

Any idea if we should expect PPR or god forbid will he be put in interview queue.

hey my husb also did his remedical in may9-2012 so did not hear anything after that and i heard after 3 months you will receive something so lets hope for the best and as far as you are concern about interview i donot think so that your husb would be in interview que but just to be on safe side you can order gcms and see what they thing about your relationship.i orderd mine before i got the remedical vo wrote that relation is geniune.donot worry we all will get through with this torture very soon specially interview cases.

I did contact my MP last week and he was told by the embassy that "his case is currently in process and nothing is required from us at this time and if they need anything they will let us know". I have not ordered GCMS notes though.

Guys any guesstimate when we'll hear from them??

well i am thinking may be aug 27 or may be after the eid but very soon donot worry.its going to be over for all of us.i am dec2010 transfer and here i saw one member he did his medical march and got the ppr in june so if we go by that timeline so its showing our is also coming very soon.

well from wut i've heard...they only send u remedical if they wanna proceed things further...however, sometimes they make u wait till the endd to issue ppr...

every case varies and nobody knows how CHC assesses individual files...but Inshallah things will work out for u...wuts ur time line??

based on ur timeline, ur meds were done in 2010 and its only valid for a year so in 2011 ur medical EXPIRED and hence cancelled...

i did received four months ago it saying that your medical in progress
elegibility not started
creminal not started
other also not started
only medical was in progress


today i did received my caips notes again
it still saying
elegibility not started
creminal not stared
and medical cancelled
why cancelled
they comments that excessive demand exempt application with no identified health condition

what they hell ,,, they did not do any thing in four months . why cancelled medical can any one can help me what is mean of cancelled medical..
