It is very difficult to separate propaganda from facts. Most of the concerns mentioned are also facts.

Terrorism/militancy/Wahabi & Deobandi version of Jihad, all indicate a close down. The masses in general, including elite class like lawyers (what happened to Lahore lawyers when they showered rose petals on Salman Tasir's murderer) doctors, military generals all are sympathizers and supporters of these maniac groups. The world has genuine fears, how do you distinguish between good people and bad people. I believe majority of Pakistanis are not extremists but liberal; however they are silenced at the gun point.
What I do not agree is, by procedural stand point, is that how come 2011 cases are done before 2010 cases. Only procedural gaps can nail them down and nothing else. Giving visas to visitors, students etc is another field where CHC-I can be silenced. Don't they have to go through the same screening?
We know there are certain issues regarding the delay for granting visa but no one in this world can explain that why someone who wants to visit canada will get his or her visa within a month or two as a matter of fact some of the spouses got visitor visas but not issued the immigrant visa yet Why? This is about terrorising our paki comunity by delaying permanant visas so we shopuld not get married back home and this way canada would have less muslims and brown paki immigrants. or else why some of us can visit their spouses in canada but wait for immigration visa. This is nothing but their discouraging and restraining techniques against us.

they answers me after 3 months and told me the *censored word* that they didn't received yet

It does not matter that you are on job or not, but you must not be on welfare when you apply for sponsorship, otherwise most likely your case will be refused in Mississauga. Once you are held as eligible sponsor and it is transfered to Pakistan or any other visa office, you are safe again, but I assume that one must not be on welfare even that time.

I applied sponsorship, while I was new in Canada and without a job.

Only for sponsoring spouse there is no need any income or job but it is better to show something that your supporting your self and you will be supporting your spouse once sh/he come to Canada without asking any support from the Government, that will put some positive signs. Does not matter you work full time even part time will be ok to make your case stronger. Again, there is no any requirement for income to sponsor spouse.

is it true that your file gets delayed if you order GCMS notes.. a member on the forum wrote something like that.. I ordered them 3 times in total.. can that be the reason?? I'm seeing that order members from April 2011 transfer are getting PPRs and visas.. except me

As per my knowledge, it impacts on file. I have re-searched about this in many places and got results that do not and never order CAIPS/GSM Records until and unless there is something wrong with your file. If your file is processing in a given time frame then do not bother to order.

I have read article about this topic and found one Immigration Officer strictly suggested that is not good idea to order GSM/CAIPS when file is in process in a given time frame. If you order then time might increase by one month to server months that is depend on File processing center.

Again, ordering GSM/CAIPS is not really good idea. You can take example from this forum and you can find many people who never bother to send emails and order GSM/CAIPS but get PPR and Visa sooner then others who keep emailing and ordering GSM/CAIPS. I would suggest, email them until and unless you have to update them.

Best of Luck

Yea I guess from newdehli they just enter the data into the system. They don't send the physical reports to chcisl. I'm not sure...

Data enter by New Delhi but reviewed by Canadian Medical Officers in Ottawa...
