Is there anyone with File Transfer from early 2011, passport is submitted and they are waiting?

This is just brutal. My case reminds me of wes bhai's case. He was March 2010 file transfer and PPR was in Aug 2011. However, passport was returned in within 10 days.

My file transfer was in Feb 2011 and its July 2012 now. My case is stuck at the last stage. Motherf*ckin CHC-I is not even returning my wife's passport with visa.

I don't know why they are holding my wife's passport. Everything is fine on the file. Medicals are received, RPRF was paid in the very beginning. It was a legit rukhsati. I visited my wife at least once.

I just don't know what is wrong.
