yes my husband had to get a pakistani visa to ply from pakistan but unfortunetly they only give it when u leave and re enter the country so thats what he had to do....

when sponsoring a spouse, you are not required to have an income, and its okay if you lose your job. Also even if u have or are on welfare or on osap. not a problem. but only concerning a spouse sponsorhip nothing else. :) dontworry ;D
