By the grace of Allah my wife arrived here on Sunday

The immigration process was a walk in the park and she didn't have any issues. They didn't even ask her for a list of goods or anything. The immigration officers were very nice to her and welcomed her to Canada.

I wish everyone all the very best and hope that the 2010 and earlier applicants who are still waiting for PPR and Visa get it soon InshaAllah.

Here is my wife's complete timeline

Applied: Dec 22nd, 2010
Sponsorship approval: Jan 19th, 2011
File Transfer to Islamabad: Jan 27th, 2011
1st Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account for File Number: March 28th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Proof of continous relationship and updated PCC sent voluntraily: Jun 24th, 2011 (5 months after File transfer)
2nd Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account: October 4th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Visit to wife in Pakistan: November 5th, 2011 (Held onto proof as I wasn't sure if they would attach the documents by the time of initial review)
3rd email to CHC- Islamabad for application status from my email account: January 3rd, 2012 - Reply-> In queue for review by Immigration officer
Initial review done by Local staff: Feb 7th, 2012
Review by Canadian Immigration officer: Feb 8th, 2012 - Satisfied with relationship proof, asked to waive supp forms request and issue Re-med and PHEP (PPR).
Re-med and PHEP letter prepared: Feb 14th, 2012
CHC-Islamabad screw up: Were supposed to send it on Feb 18th but most likely held on the letters or forgot to send.
GCMS ordered: Feb 22nd, 2012
4th Email to CHC-Islamabad about file status: March 3rd, 2012 - Reply on March 12th, 2012 -> Background checks are over, Medical instructions letter and PHEP letter sent on Feb 18th, 2012
5th Email: March 12th informing that the remedical and PPR not recieved yet. (No reply or record of email in GCMS)
6th Email: March 28th, 2012 -> Sent an email again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (No reply or record in GCMS)
7th Email: April 17th, 2012 -> Emailed again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (NO reply in GCMS)
8th Email: April 19th, 2012 to Ross Hyness ( No reply but record in GCMS that emailed recieved on 22nd April)
Immigration officer review: April 23rd, 2012 -> Asked to send Re-med and PPR again
Medical performed without Re-medical letter: April 24th, 2012 (I don't recommend anyone to do this as it might put your case in jeopardy)
Re-med and PPR letter received: April 28th, 2012
Passport and medical sent: May 1st, 2012
Documents attached to file: May 7th, 2012
Visa Stamped: May 28th, 2012
Passport with Visa recieved: June 2nd, 2012
Wife Landed in Canada: June 17th, 2012

By the Grace of Almighty Allah n prayers of my family,my mom specially n my spouse too, n the prayers fo all the ppl from 2010 who are still waiting even those from 2011 if they also prayed for me,,im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo thankful to u alll...
i knw its been a long journey of 19months which had ups n downs day by day coz as i told u guys before tht my address never ever appeared on ecase in past 18 months n so all my documents were being recievd by my spouse in canada which also had delyaed my case bt this month my address appeared for the first tym n

TODAY I GOT MY PPR..THE LAST STEP..INSHAALLAH

Allah has fixed time for everyone n everythng....

my prayers are with all those who r still in que for interview n for those also who are jsut waiting for their last step..this month is ours(2010) ppl..so all my fellows plzzzz be patient n u all r next before Ramadan...
get ready for the charter filght...

Allah is great n HE is the ONE who has the authority...no matter watever these chc ppl do to delay ur cases,,nobody can stop HIM...so have faith n my speciall prayers for everyone..

So running gun battles, beheaded bodies, disgusting videos on cellpfone camers of people getting tortured to death, shop keepers not paying and getting shot up next day , 14 people who died yesterday , there are videos i have seen that have no words to discribe them, discrimination agiianst eachother muhajirs, phatan, balochs, punjabis all a lie

I dont just watch pakistani channels i read and watch what happens all over pakistan everyday because some idiot politicians

I watch other media and read its not from geo
The above is happening for couple years

your right, i lived there for a year when i married my hubby. and honestly that is exactly what happend even before my eyes...
just 2 weeks ago a theif pointed a gun to my hubby in his car and took his blackberry, buisness phone and wallet.... so yea i hope all our spouse come to us safe ameen and inshallah. I pray for all the innocent people in pakistan becuz alot of my family lives there. and not we are not the super high class people we are regular middle class. we are also not poor that we face these things all this happens to whatever class u are unless u never leaver ur bungalow in a very secerity based area.
