decision made but no ppr

hi anyone help me i got remedical and after 6 months they asked for re pcc and additional forms now my e status shows decision made but i did not got passport request what does it mean

Alhumdulillah everything is coming along really good. The room is almost ready with all the furniture and decor.. just need to cover up a couple of paint spots I missed

I am very excited, at the same time kinda nervous as she will be coming by herself but InshaAllah everything will go well

Any updates on your side ?

I hope I m wrong but that's not a good news. Decision made before PPR is a refusal to issue visa.
