Ok I will work on it. If it is an anonymous letter Fax the letter to them do not email.. If you wanna disclose your id then email..

I have a story to tell:

CRA had refused some tax credits for me. So I lodged an appeal. They were supposed to comeback on it in three months and they did not. Today morning I called them and the guy on the other end agreed with almost everything that I told him. Hopefully he will give me credits.

Lesson is that people at high level are reasonable people (unless they have a hidden agenda which does not look like as 2011 cases are flying), they might also know the problem but find it hard to substantiate or validate unless there are complains/issues reported.

These actions give them leverage to work upon and launch an investigation if need be. And THIS IS ALL WE WANT.. 8)

All of us can send in anonymous faxes from Canada Post, pay them cash.

I think it takes 2 weeks. From what I recall my file was transferred on Mar 29 and was received by CHC-I by April 15. Apparently they don't send acknowledgement letter any more (they use to - my husband didn't get one and we are april 2011 transfer). You can send them an e-mail requesting your file number. Give your wife's information as applicant and your information as sponser such as name/d.o.b/address. They will send you a file number and you use the applicant (in your case your wife's info) to monitor to your account on e-case. However, when I got an acknowledgement letter from missisauga I used the client ID they gave me (sponser) and used it to log into E-case and you could see two separate applications. one was for the process in missisauga and the second one was for pakistan. For the longest time I saw application receieved on April 15.2011 and then feb.29 of this year it said your application is now in process..

usually how does it take for isl to receive a file after cic-m sends it to them, and then what is their mode of telling the sponsor/applicant that we got your file, and how do they send the applicant their file number? i am guessing the file itself takes prob a 2-3 weeks max, but that is if it is sent by air... any one know by experience...

My suggestion is that we should do case specific inq but our format should be same.CiC don't reply to any fax,e-mail till we specifically let them know our client id/file no,address & DOB. So we should 1st of focus of mking a format for the e-mail then we should decide no ppl going 2 e-mail them on same day & time.

i posted that Specific one was becuase it was NIKAH only and it recieved those requests
sis the best thing for u is to contact chc and tell them ur requests hasnt arrived yet

ur close to to ur 30 days medical timeline
ur 15 days for passport submission have already passed away

sis live in a village and u will see they are like mini cities they have same facilities as cities

some how ur mail has been misplaced
