thanks awaiting2012 and anzee.. I am getting different responses about the photocopies some are others are no.. so just to be on the safe side I will ask my husband to take a photocopy of both his ID card and passport and take it with him.. better be safe than sorry!

my wife did re-medical last week
u need 5 passport size photograph negative not necessary
original passport with photocopy
id card with photocopy
medical fee
medical letter u recd from CHC

ohhh finally finally R.mujgani u got the gooood news !!!! I told ya u will get to hear something in june inshAllah take an appointment for med examination mabroooook !!!

exactly....because i didnt take the photocopy of my passport and the lady at the counter told me she needed three copies of it so i had to go out and get it early morning at 8 30.. luckily i found a photocopier nearby lol....

aaah good to know.. my hubby is traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore to get the re-med done so he doesn't even know Lahore city that well

Alhamdulilah my hubby receieved re-med today.. he said that section A is stamped for the May 15th, however on the actual envelope letter it indicated that it left islamabad yesterday and he recieved it today.. so relieved

A couple questions I have please:

1) once he does his re-med - will he recieve a reciept from the doctor? and would he tcs this to CHC?
2) in the letter it does not indicate passport photocopies are required but some people in the forum have said to take them - is it needed?
3) also is says to provide photo negative if available? is this really important?
