Alhamdulilah my hubby receieved re-med today.. he said that section A is stamped for the May 15th, however on the actual envelope letter it indicated that it left islamabad yesterday and he recieved it today.. so relieved

A couple questions I have please:

1) once he does his re-med - will he recieve a reciept from the doctor? and would he tcs this to CHC?
2) in the letter it does not indicate passport photocopies are required but some people in the forum have said to take them - is it needed?
3) also is says to provide photo negative if available? is this really important?

take three passport photocopies...they will ask for it... and negatives are not required.... other than that take whatever else the letter says...

u need 5 passport size photograph negative not necessary
original passport with photocopy
id card with photocopy
medical fee
medical letter u recd from CHC

take three passport photocopies...they will ask for it... and negatives are not required.... other than that take whatever else the letter says...
