Like taxes, once increased they will never come down. Do you want them to say something more than 26 months?

Moreover, they would like to keep it the way it is (if the timeline has decreased), this way they can say "Oh! but you did not even complete 26 months, so why complain" Right?

Got call from CHC-ISB yesterday to send a declaration of my child signed by both (husband & wife). i need to know, is it going to be on a normal paper or some affidavit kind of thing (on a 100 rupee stamp paper) attested by some notary public ?

Did not you ask them what kind of paper they are looking for? I am not expert in that field, let's see if someone else with experience will come to tell you what you need, or just call them and ask. Report back later.

Which date? If you look at the stats you will find that they are not following FIFO. How can they disclose a date which will put them on spot.

I am Dec 2010 file transfer, I have not received any correspondence from them whatsoever. While some have been issued visas or are very close to get one.

ISnt the birth certificate suffice to say that the child belongs to the two of you? what in the world is declaration of child?

Thanks to ALLAH suhanatallah i recieved e-mail reply from CHC and my meds were sent out MARCH 28

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Medical examination letter was sent out to applicant on 28 May 2012.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

They took 2 months to do that? And your application is still to be reviewed by immigration officer. Did not ur GCMS said that they have already done so!!!

PPR right away within, 8-10 months like before n those people from 2009-beginiing of 2011 have to suffer they're stupid
rules of FIFO?

Nada, nothing. No AOR, no forms, no remed, no PCC, as if I do not exist. I sent them couple of emails and they told that my file is in queue to have the initial review. My MP told me 3 months back they have started looking at my file that was in March 2012.

You know what they will say: Our cases are in the backlog; they will clear it along. While new ones are processed normally. What the crap...!!!!!!!!!
