Very true our people don't speak for their rights. Globe & mail newspaper people never called me even though they ask me to be ready with webcam to speak to Jason kenney to ask questions about immigration. Here is what I was going to ask.
Why Our Gov't has one of the slowest process for spousal sponsorship from Pakistan and currently the timeline for issuing the visa is 26 months, and the time I applied in Sept 2010 when the timeline was only 16 month but my wife is waiting for the visa since then, and for some cases the visa is not issued for 5 years or so but on the other hand for people who need visa as student, entrepreneur or skill worker and even for trv/visitor's visa does not take more than 2 months. All of those visas include back ground check as well, but just for getting our spouses to come to Canada why they have to torture us. If we look at usa and uk, they don't even take this long to go through back ground check or issuing a visa whenever Canada takes way long for this process just because the Gov't doesn't think that there is any benefit from the spouses even though we have to send money from Canada for our spouses and which is not good for our economy either. whenever if husband and wife work in Canada and support Canadian economy and some of them may be looking into starting business, but the Canadian government just ignore them somehow which is not fair and it shows that it has two tier system, one system for the their own desire and the other is for undesirable by the Gov't. That is totally lacking humanity and compassion whenever this great country is known to be one of the most tolerant and humanitarian.
Plz Brother iftikhar, click on this link and watch this video where reader asked questions to Citizenship and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney. In this video there is one Muslim brother living in Toronto and asking for spousal visa processing time from Pakistan so plz watch it!

Applicant would be your wife, if she received the PPR form. Fill out all the info under Applicant section ONLY. The rest of the sections, you can just put a line across and put N/A.

If you have kids who are also being sponsored, then their information would come under dep1, dep2 and so on.

I did watch the video it is not fair that they never put me on the video even though I have been waiting for it. and I know why they would never put me on the video because (they ask your question and comments the time you submit that you are willing to ask a question so once you write those points they know that Mr kenney has no answer to that so they find an easy question person so they stick to stupid question rather than something he would not know what the he** to say) mr kenney does not have any valid or good answer to my questions so therefore they would ignore me and just get the stupid question to answer because anybody can answer that question, why it is taking 26 months for spousal immigration cases. if you don't put your question right from the begining you are done that means you asked a question he would love to answer because he knows that everyone would buy his theory of troubled country and we are trying bull sh**. so always remember when you ask question you ask them that why people who apply for visitor visa or student visa they only take a month or two to get the visa whenever for spousal sponsorship we file so many documents including medical test and police report etc. but how could this take so many more months is it just because the canadian gov't don't find any benifit from spouses whenever they make good amount of money from students or businesses etc. We find this to be two tier system or double standard one satndard just being mean to spouses to keep them away from each other and the other standard is for business people investors or students where they have to pay so much to canadian economy. I am sure that everyone would agree to that the system they have is unfair and biased by their own ill will. Besides there are other countries as usa or uk does not even take this long for spousal visas so why canada.

when they reply that "File is in que for decision making officer" which stage is that, final stage or do they have more steps after decision making officer?
