Medical results have been received.

to

A decision has been made on her application. The office will contact her concerning this decision.

btw... she sent in her passport and re med on early march

any ideas what this means? is she getting her passport stamped and mailed?

This means she's getting her passport back with visa soon

when did she receive ppr and medical request?
do you remember the date

Tinko u r absolutely correct.... But I took their name coz June July 2011 have received something from CIC but they both haven't.....well 2010 Kai tu hum bhi hain... Lakin app tu kafi tym sai wait kar rahe hain....Allah app ki aur hum sub ki muskil asan kare inshallah .

Apply CAIPS .... It looks like they have moved your file to interview queue... Any thing unusual in your case like second marriage , husband younger than wife, refugee etc ???

Your second medical is expired? Didn't you get anything after?
Does it has to do a lot if there is a second marriage? or the age?

this is canada we have rules and procedure in place to fallow if dont like them then u shoudnt have sponsored ur spouse

Kushi Hamesha and other guys who replied me. That am saying this is canada this is not a pakistan. I am also saying that we have rules , then why the rules are keep changing quartely. 6 months to 26 months. rules never changes. it immigration say work load then to hell this is not my problem. its mean they are inefficent they can t handle work load , if they say quota , it also not my problem, why i suffer 2 or 3 years from there bullshit answers. Friends there are court here who give justice. They cant interfer while case is in process. but once the person arrived here then they can provide justise for the delay and I dont why some people say when I will get compensation then they will follow. I request to these peoples that who ever got visa earliest or who ever claim in the forum , He or she is much in pain , they should take initiative other wise please no complaints. if complaint about chc then they should wait for the proper time and then the remidy.
I can prove in the court that they are takiing 6 months from china and india and i can also prove that before 2 year time line was 6 months. If what ever the reason it increses its not my fault. I am citizen and its my right to ask the questtion about it. and I will ask it InshALLAH.

I just need answer if my delay. jo kam 6 maheney mein ho sakta tha us per 2 ya 3 sal kuun lag gaey. Only they answer of that question. Court mein koi na koi jawab do deein gey na key aisy kon si verification hein jin par inta time lag raha hey.

They were accepting nikah only cases So it took 6 months

They stopped accepting nikkah cases and objection letters started to come it takes time VO to go back and forth on same file

Pakistans security situation wasnt that bad in 2007 when it was taking 6 months compared to know

Alhumdulillah with the grace of Almighty Allah, my wife got her Re-medical and PPR request.

I can't thank Allah enough for everything he has given me

I am really really happy and I thank everyone on this forum who helped me and prayed for me.

first stage gives different results, but my question is what to use to check your second stage when it says IN PROCESS i.e usually after 12 months.
