60 to 90 DAYS?? That is soo long. Why? Yes he is Remed and ppr

They usually have a review date of 60 days for Re-med and PPR together. So check with your husband what was the date on his Re-med and PPR letter and how many days he was given to do his Re-med and to send his passport. They usually given 30-60 days for it, varies from cases to case.

Yes I agree with you 100% as interest is haram in islam and we should should try our best to stay away from those savings accounts if we can. Besides in order to take advantage for financial situation, if anyone wants to invest into something should be always looking into the options where it is allowed in islam, for example investing into certain stocks, commodities or mutual funds where there is no motgage or interest involved in any of that and You can always buy a stock which may not give you a high return but it can be a very sound investments as share in hydro, oil or many other big companies which may give you better dividends and you have a good shelter against income tax while making more money than interest bearing accounts.

Still waiting sister, not sure when these morons will wake up and correct their mistake. After 2 emails and 2 fax sent over 3 weeks, nothing yet. My wife's medical duedate (Bring forward date) is April 14th so I am hoping that they will call her and ask her if she did her medical.

If you are in Canada I think you should call and talk to his or her secretary and let her know what is going on with your situation and then ask if you will be able to get any help and if she said yes send us the email or come over and talk to us then proceed accordingly. if she says to just send email then you can send that or I believe it is always better to pay a visit (pakistani style) if you can, but make an oppointment if possible then you can go from there according to whatever the message you recieve from that office.

They asked me for some documents in feb 2012 and my file was with decision making officer...... And after I send them the documents the BFD was supposed to be April 1st,,,.... ....
M waiting for PPR
So how long they take to send PPR after BFD...????

For CHC you never know right now some of their staff came to Canada for Easter as my wife had called in the embassy so I guess this week may be slow as we are also waiting on response. but your case is even older than ours so you should have been cleared long time ago. Oh God please make this CHC better than what they are and put some mercy in their hearts for all of us as we are sick and tired of their cruelty. Ameen.

Congratulation!!!!!! As far as I think of filling those forms you can always fill them out by hand as we don't even have typewriters anymore as I have not seen one in ages. but please make sure follow the instructions if it says black pen or just print etc.
