I just got this response from MP. I sent email for confirming address change on my wife's file. File was trasfered in June 2011. ECAS status is still showing "Application Received" with old address.

"Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer.
Information provided has been noted and has been forwarded to the concerned unit for review and for update of mailing address."

I know only about LRK and KHI that how you can get PCC.....A per my understanding from interior sindh you have to see Local Area Police Station then DPO will issue you the PCC from interior Sindh and this will general process in all over the sindh and from karachi local police issue you with stamp of SSP. By the way do not forget to consider MITHAI cuz it will help you alot....

If your husband got Re-med + PPR then it takes around 60-90 days maximum if his background check is over.

it's been more than 40 days and i haven't received it yet.

This means that they started processing your application. If you click on "In Process" it will tell you the date they started working on your husband's application. This means that they started doing the initial review on that date.
