i tried my best and trust me any one whose confident can answer their answers properly my only tip will b to precise dont explain too much else they will surely find something from it
n seceondly once u r asked to provide proof of contact provide them more then its required that helps
i was so worried firstly mine is a nikkah only case and secondly my husband never visited me once after our nikkah
i was sure of getting objection but alhamdolilah i will be posting my pasport on thursday

Congrats Maham noor. Very very happy for you. Its good that they consider nikkah only cases almost the same way as rukhsati ones.

yeah we had a proper mehndi of almost 150 people n at nikkah there were 250 attendees

One of the Aug Aor member ....he only had a phone Nikkah...he got a Visa too...i must say u guys r lucky ...only lucky one can get that way.

I just wish my wifes application was assigned to your IO because our application's AOR was June 2010 and went straight to Interview after objection. Not even one telephone call from them, with even completing ruhksati in November 2011 still in interview.

We have submitted everything I can think of, and answered everything completely and truthfully. It worries me as I have no idea what else they have a concern about if it not our relationship. Ordering CAIPS again to see if file has been updated recently.

i did proper nikah 300 people ........but they send me letter to get rooksati done ........... sis maham is lucky like many who got their cases done with nikah ........ otherwise it ends up in interview queue ......... but not only lucky she gave all the proofs that were possible ............
IA she will get her passport back soon ..........

but to tell the truth i spent the whole time expecting the objection letter and that was my hubby who keep on saying that its gonna b fine we arnt going to get any objection
but all this fear made me prepare the proofs very carefully and that helped alhamdolilah

this bullsh+t someone comes on student visa and doesnt even attended school get married and PR in 11 months

where is mr. kenny and student visa fraud

Yes, that and honeymoon. There was a small valima in Chinese Restaurant @ Tariq Road in Karachi. As its sunnat-e-rasool(pbuh)

The Grand Valima is going to be here. In Toronto.

I know 1 guy, Jan 2011 file transfer. His was Nikkah only case and on top of that he never went to visit his wife.

He did not get any objection letter. He did get a letter to submit additional docs and pics with spouse but he said that the letter never said that "I have to go visit her".

I pray for him that everything goes well. I will keep you guys posted on his case.

Its all about Human Behavior ! I mean different IO's Perceive things differently and in their own ways. Ultimately they have the authority to approve or Delay any case. So one have to be strong at documents and should not try to be over smart. And above all pray to Allah.
