i been patient enough for the last 14 month since hubby file transferred but this is RIDICULOUS

Danny! If I understand well, when they receive any application they start with the background checks, if that goes well they ask you for PCC and more forms to be filled, followed by the re-med. May be the also call you for interview and then everything goes well they give you the visa.

They have changed the process in the last 6 months or so. Now they do the background checks 2-3 months before the initial review. Also, they perform a second background check on husband's being sponsored. That one is usually after Re-medical and before PPR.

But my friend her re-medical is going to expire soon.

There won't be any background checks on your wife's case after the initial review is done. My wife's medical expired 5 months ago but I am still waiting to get the IMM forms and Re-PCC request.

I dont think there is a way to export the Skype record to a print file. I took screen captures and then put them together in Photoshop, placed them in Indesign and printed them. You can also print them directly from Photoshop.

Yeah it was the first medical that expired in Oct 2011.

I think your wife will get the Visa before May 2012 unless there is something complicated about your case.

Do you know why your wife didn't get the PPR since May 2011 ??? Are you in interview queue? How many times you sent them an email regarding your case status ?

Hi, I am sponsoring my husband from Senegal. I am a Canadian and I met my Senegalese husband while I was living in Italy. He was living in Italy illegally when we met. Now Canada wants police reports from every country he has lived in for the last 6 years or so and I do not know how I can get a police report from Italy for him if there was never any record of him being there. We have already disclose that we met in Italy because there is no sense in lying-they always find out and it is also how we met so I have to include it. I do not know what to do!
