congrats !! I hope and pray that timeline for all Pakistani based cases go back to normal levels . I think my MP was right that in 2012 we will see drastic improvements in service standards.

In Shaa Allah! I guess so on another post in this forum thrs like 2 others whose status hv also changed to in process but hvnt received nething n thr timline is vry similar to mine

I kno thanx sooo much ur help! I highly appreciate all ur advices! So what happens after PPR? Especially since i got it right away? Do i send repcc along jus incase they do plan on doing my security check? Cuz on my ppr it states ur immigrant visa is ready for issuance

No need to send PCC at all. Just send them what they asked for i.e. your passport

Ok my husbands concerned n says lets send it jus incase so im confused. Yep i did, now cic sent me all this on the 20th i got it on the 22 n i cudnt get a appt before march 5 so long does it take for it to get analyzed n bak to cic cuz they want it within 30days. Again- what happens after ppr? Especialy wen u get it so soon? Cuz usually ppl get thr pp bak within 3 months right?

You should send your passport and Medical payment receipt on March 5-6th visa TCS. They will get it the next day or so. Try to get your DMP to put you on call if someone cancels so this way you might get lucky again and get it done sooner. Regardless, send your passport and Remed payment receipt right after the Remedical. In my opinion, you shouldn't send your PCC as they didn't ask for either

It all depends on your Bring forward date, so lets say your bring forward date is 30 days after the date of the request letter i.e. March 21st, they will check for your medical results in their system and if Newdehli entered your medical results by then, they will stamp the Visa on your passport and send it back to you. It could take upto 2-3 months but in my opinion they will send you Visa within 45 days.

1st quarter means Jan,feb and March. They have a quota to fill for every quarter. For example if the total number of spousal sponsorship Visa's to be issued in 2012 is 2000. Then the quota for the 1st quarter is 500.

I strongly suggest try not be over smart, just act as per chc instructions....just send whatever they ask for.

PPR is the last stage and if they haven't ask for PCC its their mistake - PPR means they are satisfied and you have fulfilled all the requirements.

Just try to get Medical from any other city may be ISL or LHR if your 5th March appointment is not confirmed yet. Call them every day you may get lucky and get some slot before 5th March.

Just prepare your photos and fill the form properly and ask if you have any doubts on the form. You will get visa within 2-3 months Insh-A-Allah.
